About the Company:
Ahead Africa Solution Ltd is a Tanzania-based ICT and Managed IT Service Provider delivering end-to-end IT solutions, including Managed IT Services, IT Infrastructure, Networking & Cabling, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Software Solutions, Hardware & Devices, Communication Systems, and Surveillance & Security Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in ICT and managed IT services.
- Promote company solutions including Managed IT Services, IT Infrastructure, Networking & Cabling, Surveillance & Security Solutions, Hardware & Devices, Communication Systems, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Software Solutions.
- Meet potential clients, understand their IT requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution design, demonstrations, and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, ICT, Sales, or related field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in ICT, IT infrastructure, managed services, networking, hardware, software, or security solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of IT products and services will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
